Choose from a variety of Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly! 

We started out making our regular Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly (mild and hot) to making many other delicious varieties. We have added these fruits and spices to our scotch bonnet pepper jelly: Peach, Blackberry, Strawberry, Mango, Jamaican Jerk, and many more! 

ABOUT THE SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER:

The scotch bonnet pepper is closely related to the habanero. Scotch bonnets have a heat rating of 100,000–350,000 Scoville units. For comparison, most jalapeño peppers have a heat rating of 2,500 to 8,000 on the Scoville scale. Scotch bonnets have a sweeter heat than the habanero pepper, making it far superior in our opinion.
