This is the PREFECT condiment to dip your favorite bread in. We love to use is a crusty but fluffy inside sour dough bread. Of course, you can go wrong with a good Italian or French bread.
We use high quality organic extra virgin olive oil and the perfect blend of Italian herbs: basil, parsley and rosemary, mixed with onion, garlic, and Celtic sea salt. Of course we include our favorite pepper - the scotch bonnet pepper.
We always use Celtic sea salt instead of regular table salt in all of our products. We are unique in that we use a salt free of man-made chemicals, such as moisture absorbents and anti-caking agents. These are dangerous chemicals like ferrocyanide and aluminosilicate.
