At Washam Farms, our jams aren’t just for your morning toast—they’re the secret ingredient to elevating your cocktails too! One of our favorite summer creations is the Island Jam Mojito, a tropical twist on the classic that’s as refreshing as it is flavorful.
Instead of using simple syrup, we swap in our Island Jam—a vibrant blend of pineapple, mango, papaya, and strawberry. It adds a depth of fruity flavor you won’t get from sugar alone and turns your cocktail into something truly special.
🍍 Island Jam Mojito Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 tsp Washam Farms Island Jam
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves (a small handful)
- Prosecco (or club soda for a lighter option)
- Ice
- Lime wedge & mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- In a shaker or sturdy glass, muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and Island Jam until the mint is fragrant and the jam begins to dissolve.
- Add the white rum and shake well (or stir, if you’re mixing directly in the glass).
- Fill your serving glass with ice and pour the mixture over it.
- Top off with a splash of prosecco for some sparkle (or club soda if you prefer it less sweet).
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
